Delete Your Account & Data

NutraForge Technologies Inc. ("NutraForge") gives you full control over your data. You can permanently delete your NutraForge account and the personal data associated with it at any time, either from inside the app or by sending us a request. This page explains both methods, exactly what is deleted, what (if anything) is retained, and how long deletion takes.

Option 1: Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the NutraForge mobile app:

1. Open the NutraForge app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Review the on-screen summary and confirm the deletion.

Your account and login are removed immediately, and you will be signed out. After deletion you will no longer be able to sign in with that account.

Option 2: Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

We verify that the request comes from the account owner and then permanently delete the account. We may contact you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

What data is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile and personal information (name, email, date of birth, gender, height, weight)
• Your health and fitness goals and dietary preferences
• Your login credentials and authentication identity (you will no longer be able to sign in)
• The links connecting your account to any data stored in our systems

What data is retained, and why

Some records are kept in an anonymized form that is no longer linked to you or your identity:

• Meal logs and nutrition records may be retained in de-identified form to improve our nutrition database and AI models.
• Transaction and billing records may be retained where we are required to keep them for legal, tax, or accounting obligations.

This retained data cannot be used to identify you. Personal data that remains in encrypted backups is purged within 90 days.

How long deletion takes

• In-app deletion: your account and login are removed immediately.
• Email requests: processed within 30 days of verification.
• Encrypted backups: remaining personal data is purged within 90 days.
