1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NutraForge mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by NutraForge Technologies Inc. ("NutraForge," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NutraForge provides AI-powered nutrition tracking and coaching services, including meal logging, nutritional analysis, personalized dietary recommendations, and progress tracking. The Service is intended for informational and educational purposes and should not replace professional medical or nutritional advice.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required during the trial period. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access will be limited.

Subscription Plans

We offer Monthly ($9.99/month) and Yearly ($99.99/year) subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, except as required by law or within our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to adjust pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect, and changes will apply at the start of your next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Share your account credentials with others

6. Health Disclaimer

NutraForge is not a medical service. The nutritional information, recommendations, and insights provided by the Service are for general informational purposes only and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or health regimen.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NutraForge Technologies Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NutraForge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to NutraForge in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutraForge, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination by contacting our support team.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
