Garreth brings a distinctive blend of academic rigour, entrepreneurial experience, and deep community roots to NutraForge. He holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Kinesiology, is a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist (CSEP-CEP), and is currently a PhD candidate in Community Health. His graduate research on community-level systems and health outcomes has shaped NutraForge's mission of making nutrition intelligence accessible to everyone — from individual users to practitioners serving underserved populations. As the founder of NutraForge Technologies Inc., Garreth leads business strategy, product vision, partnership development, and go-to-market execution. His practitioner background gives him firsthand understanding of the challenges health professionals face when delivering personalized nutrition advice — and that experience is baked into every feature of NutraForge Pro. Garreth is a NunatuKavut Community Council member, raised in NunatuKavut, Labrador. His ties to both Indigenous and rural Atlantic Canadian communities are central to NutraForge's values and inform the company's approach to inclusive, accessible health technology.

Jager is a computer scientist with extensive experience in artificial intelligence development and deployment. From small-town Newfoundland, he brings a grounded, practical approach to technology that aligns with the real-world needs of both everyday users and health practitioners. As CTO of NutraForge Technologies Inc., Jager has led the design and implementation of AI-driven systems across the organization's portfolio. His technical expertise spans machine learning, automation architecture, API integration, and the practical deployment of AI tools in real business environments. He is responsible for technical delivery, AI system architecture, implementation execution, and quality assurance across the entire NutraForge platform. His ability to translate complex AI capabilities into practical, maintainable solutions — from the consumer app's speech-to-text logging to Pro's AI-powered client analysis engine — is the technical foundation NutraForge is built on.
